Low-Carb / Keto-Hypercarnivore Coaching can help you learn how to implement a simple to follow diet to help you realize your ideal weight, improve energy, and feel your best.  Our dietary approach is based on our own direct experiences, and the extensive research outlined in Don's latest book,  The Hypercarnivore Diet.  

We help each individual customize their best choices of animal and plant foods, quantities of fat, protein, and carbohydrates, and recommendations for supplements, based on health history and health goals. The types and amounts of animal and plant foods that best help you thrive will be unique to your particular needs.

During a Keto-Hypercarnivore Coaching Session, we can help demystify among all the conflicting dietary advice to help you learn how to systematically choose the foods that best support your tastes, preferences, tolerances, and time and financial budget. 

Whether you desire fat / weight loss, better digestion and assimilation, improved moods and vitality, or to overcome sugar or other unhealthy 'addictions' ~ when you eat the right foods in the right combination, you will be better able to accomplish all that, as appropriate for you.

Our Keto-Hypercarnivore Coaching approach emphasizes an animal-centered diet with plants consumed as tolerated and enjoyed.  We avoid all the dietary dogma, as every body has different tastes and needs.

Animal foods provide the most bioavailable nutrients, such as iron, zinc, several B vitamins, amino acids, essential fatty acids, Vitamin A, K2, and more.  During a Keto-Hypercarnivore Coaching session, our goal is to help you recover lost vitality, reduce your fasting glucose and insulin levels, increase lean body mass, and lose excess fat ~ as needed per each individual.  Over time, you will experience stronger bones, teeth, greater vitality and immunity from diseases.

Our Keto-Hypercarnivore Diet features animal foods as the primary source of calories and nutrition. How much and which plant foods are added is an individual choice. Burger w/ sautéed onions, and a cucumber & tomato salad ~ both low-sugar 'fruits' in-season during the summer.
