Our Carnivore Diet Coaching is flexible, following the principles outlined in The Hypercarnivore Diet, which encourages each individual to discover the best choices of animal and plant foods for optimal health.  The types and amounts of animal and plant foods that best help you thrive will be unique to your particular needs.

During a Carnivore Diet Coaching session, we can help demystify among all the conflicting dietary advice to help you learn how to systematically choose the foods that best support you ~ no matter your individual goals or needs.  

Whether you desire weight loss, better digestion and assimilation, or improved moods and vitality ~ when you eat the foods that best support human health, your health improves.

Don and I have direct experience in a wide variety of dietary approaches.  We have done extensive research, and will make recommendations of any supplements or herbal remedies that may be helpful during your transition to consuming a higher protein and fat, low-carb diet.  

We advocate what we call a hypecarnivore, or 'keto-hypercarnivore'  diet during our Carnivore Diet Coaching session.  

We coach each individual to determine whether or not it may be beneficial to abstain from plant foods, at least temporarily, and how to reintroduce them.  We will recommend in order of priority which foods that you may be commonly eating that are best to avoid or greatly minimize, depending on your current condition and health goals.

Carnivore Diet Coaching is an excellent alternative for those desiring one on one attention and accountability, and who prefer to avoid invasive procedures and costly pharmaceuticals which often fail to address the root problem ~ your biological needs for the most nutritious and bioavailable nutrients in the correct forms. 

During a Carnivore Diet Coaching session, we do not diagnose, nor are we a replacement for your standard medical care.

The photo on the L was taken at the end of April, 2017, post 5+ years consuming a produce-rich, whole-foods, plant-based diet. The photo on the R was taken July, 2017 ~ just a few months into our Keto-Hypercarnivore, or Carnivore Diet approach. While I did lose some weight, the change to body composition is what is most important to realizing our Divine Blueprint for thriving health!

After five plus years following a produce-rich, plant-based diet, we began to experience worsening health, and an inability to feel satisfied no matter what we tried to prepare to make our diet sustainable.  

We decided to add animal foods back, and eliminate all the whole grains.  Within a couple months, we embarked upon a 30-day low-carb, ketogenic health challenge.  Since then, we  found greater and greater relief of troubling symptoms, including Don's psoriasis and ongoing gas and bloating, and my own alternating constipation (despite a high-fiber diet), lower belly bloating, sinus congestion, and more ~ the less plant foods we consumed!  This rocked our world!

Ultimately, we birthed our Keto-Hypercarnivore approach which we share during a Carnivore Diet Coaching session.  

We emphasize an animal-centered diet with plants consumed as tolerated and enjoyed.  We avoid all the dietary dogma, as every body has different tastes and needs.

Animal foods provide the most bioavailable nutrients, such as iron, zinc, several B vitamins, amino acids, essential fatty acids, Vitamin A, K2, and more.  During a Carnivore Diet Coaching session, our goal is to help you recover lost vitality, reduce your fasting glucose and insulin levels, increase lean body mass, and lose excess fat ~ as needed per each individual.  Over time, you will experience stronger bones, teeth, greater vitality and immunity from diseases.

What makes Don and I unique is our combined, extensive training in human health on many levels ~ physical strength and mobility, along with mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing ~ and our combined years of direct experience with a variety of allegedly healthy diets.  

We also both earned a Masters Degree in Oriental Medicine which helps us see health through a more time-honored, holistic lens ~ missing in our modern health care institutions.

We discovered just how ineffective diets were that excluded animal foods ~ despite focusing on tons of produce ~ and how health relief can come when doing the exact opposite of what the majority of people are teaching.

We bring all of our training and experience to the table during our Carnivore Diet  Coaching sessions.

Thousands of people are finding relief while eating a carnivore, or hypercarnivore diet, with few to no plant foods.  It can seem counterintuitive, yet plant foods are more problematic than people realize.  It can be difficult to detect exactly which foods are causing inflammation and destruction to your digestive system until they are at least briefly eliminated, then slowly reintroduced.

Many plant foods contain 'anti-nutrients' such as lectins, phytates, oxalates, and even fiber that block absorption of important minerals, leading to deficiencies that develop into bigger problems over time.
